My Health Journey...

 

My pathway into health and wellness began with struggle, not passion.

At 18, I was diagnosed with IBS... and that became the first crossroad in my journey.

While I learned to manage my health,

I continued to explore holistic therapies and worked alongside naturopaths and integrative practitioners.

But the real turning point came years later.

At 47, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and on top of that, perimenopause hit.

I was exhausted, anxious, and gaining weight while still running a family business and raising my boys.

In showing up for everyone else, I had completely lost myself.

That breaking point became my anchor.

I chose to reinvest in myself... to heal from the inside out.

I returned to study, becoming a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and trained in Functional Nutrition.

I immersed myself in self-compassion work and surrounded myself with mentors who aligned with my values.

This journey taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of creating habits that don't fade.

I didn’t arrive here because I always loved health and fitness.

I arrived here because I’ve walked through insecurity, bulimia, anxiety, and decades of believing I wasn’t good enough.

Today,

My two boys are my greatest motivation, and my husband is my rock. 

With certifications recognised by the Nutrition Council Australia, and IICT (International Institute For Complementary Therapists)...

I get to guide women through their health and wellness journey holistically and wholeheartedly .
